Ky River District Health Dept will have Open Enrollment for Group Life Insurance (Nationwide Ins.) in April and during that time employees may make changes to their coverage; however, everyone will be asked to fill out a new “Beneficiary” form.  If you have any questions, please contact the personnel office at 606-439-2361.
