Home Health Services

Skilled Nursing Services

Our Home Health program provides skilled nursing visits by RNs. Skilled nursing visits include dressing changes, venipuncture, and skilled observations which include monitoring of chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiopulmonary disease, etc.  IV therapy is also available.

To be eligible, patients must meet program guidelines.

24 Hour On-Call Services

The Kentucky River District Home Health Agency provides 24 hour, seven days a week on call service.  A Registered Nurse is available to provide skilled nursing visits to the patients on an as needed basis.
