Care Coordination Program
Kentucky River District Health Department offers medical and social services for HIV-positive patients in Eastern Kentucky. Services are available through the Ryan White Part B Care Coordination Program. Care Coordinators facilitate patient care by helping patients receive HIV treatment without barriers to care.
